电子竞技APP（中国）有限责任公司是河北省首家国有控股员工持股混合所有制企业试点单位，由华北制药股份有限公司、河北沿海产业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）、石家庄恒润华企业管理中心（有限合伙）三方共同投资兴建。华恒公司作为“华北制药赵县生物发酵基地”，一期占地21.13万平方米，分为青霉素V钾、维生素B12、环保中心三个厂区，位于赵县南柏舍镇生物产业园，被河北省、石家庄市列为强力推进的重点项目。目前主要产品涵盖青霉素V钾、维生素B12系列产品，包衣维生素C，维生素C颗粒以及特色合成药物等多个系列多个产品。目前青霉素V钾产品30%出口，维生素B12产品80%出口，主要销往欧洲、美洲、非洲、亚洲等多个国家和地区。

华恒公司依托华北制药浓厚的技术和文化底蕴，2017年开工筹建，2018年逐步建成投产。公司立足技术进步，坚持管理创新，推行全面质量管理，以满足用户需求为目标，通过持续的质量改进活动，不断提升公司产品质量。取得了相关国际、国内证书。

HEBEI NORTH CHINA PHARMACEUTICAL HUAHENG PHARMACEUTICAL CO, LTD .(short for NCPC Huaheng),located in Biological Industry Zone, Zhao County, is 'NCPC Biological Fermentation Base', jointly invested by North China Pharmaceutical Co, LTD., Hebei Coastal Industrial Investment Fund Partnership and SHJIAZHUANG Hengrunhua Enterprise Management Center(shareholding platform). The project was listed as a key project andstrongly promoted by HEBE province and SHIJIAZHUANG city in 2017 and 2018. It is the first pilot unit of a state-owned mixed-ownership enterprise in HEBEI province NCPC Huaheng started construction in 2017 and went into operation in succession at the end of 2018. Thecompany has an independent penicillin v potassium and vitamin B12 production plant. Its main products includepenicillin V potassium, vitamin B12 and its series of products, Ascorbic Acid Coated, Ascorbic Acid Granules andsynthetic products. Based on technological progress and innovative management, the project has obtained a seriesof approval certificates 。NCPC Huaheng will continuousenrich the product structure, improve and strengthen the brand construction, and build a leading R&D and productionbase of antibiotics, vitamins and other characteristic Apls with domestic and international competitiveness.
